Tammie Stockley
Was born in Parkesburg, West Virginia.
She has always had a love for music and began singing while in junior high and high school. She sang in Concert Choir and toured all over the Pacific Northwest with the “Madrigals.”
Growing up as a "Military Brat" she moved around to several different bases but will always call Whidbey Island, WA home sweet home!
She began singing in a gospel quartet called “4 Praise” in 1994 after becoming a widow in 1993. She began touring with the most amazing women spreading the love of God throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her heart will always be for gospel, and country music, but she loves the music of the 50’s, 60's and 70's.
Tammie never studied music or even became a scholar in it but because of several losses in her life music became her solace. She recently came across this quote:
“No music, no life. Know music, know life”.
Tammie began performing in AZ as a back up girl singer “B.U.G.S” with an Elvis Tribute Artist Rick Lenzi and Roustabout. She remained with them for two years until The ETA moved to Tennessee to fulfill his music dreams. She then became the lead singer for The RealTones Band and has performed with them all over the valley for three years.
Surprisingly..... Tammie is very shy and does not enjoy being the center of attention. That is why she enjoys having the audience participate with her in the shows! However, loves even more to watch them dance!
Her hope is to continue on this journey for as long as she can and to continue to make wonderful memories with all the incredible folks she is meeting. Each of you has touched her heart in the most incredible way and she is most grateful for the love and support that you give not only to her but also to her fellow band members. It truly is a privilege to work with such talented individuals who treat her as their sister and friend. She is extremely blessed…
